VISION provides a visual interface to create and maintain all of these vital connections. Key jobs within an organization are systematically analyzed into major tasks and steps. From these tasks, quick procedures and task qualification documents can be created within minutes, if desired. Next, tasks are immediately translated (via a simple drag-and-drop interface) into learning objectives. After objectives are arranged into a reasonable teaching order, they are simply dragged into the program area to become part of your curriculum of lessons. If you like, you can also expand your foundation to include reference documentation, test questions, exams, and/or lesson content. United Airlines, Federal Express, Disney, Georgia Pacific and more than half of the U.S. nuclear power facilities use VISION to help manage their everyday training processes.
