VISION’s Learning Systems Foundation follows the ISD/SAT model, providing “live connections” between all related job tasks, objectives, and documentation VISION and the VISION Learning Station provide a simple and natural interface for workers to retrieve task-related information, just when they need it most. Employees on the job click on a task or set of steps they will be performing. VISION compiles “on demand” a set of procedures, exams, or even a personal training lesson for the specific task at hand.
