Learners see a very simple, web-based interface. This
browser-based panel becomes their open window into all the data stored in the VISION Database.
Simply click on a few links and the power of the VISION Learning Foundation is at your fingertips...
From this uncomplicated panel, you can view all your upcoming qualification, training, and testing
events. You can also review any “personal lessons” you may have saved to help you perform specific
job tasks. Or you can quickly review any of your individual training records.

| What’s more, with just a few additional mouse clicks, you can
be undertaking an assigned lesson or exam online, directly from your
Internet browser. And, once the lesson is mastered, your records will be updated immediately. |

and supervisors can assign courses, exams and qualification events to any individual in your
organization.
Ancillary (offline) assignments and reference documents can be electronically attached, ready to be

Content and exam items are stored with their
corresponding learning objectives in the VISION Database, and they are automatically formatted for

Exams are dynamically generated from exam item pools, using approved and secure exam profiles.
Every learner sees a different exam, randomized only for him or her, generated at the moment of the
exam from approved banks of test items. |

Online Qualification cards are generated for each set of qualification tasks. Students can see a
detailed record of their qualification status for each job task.
And, as they are preparing to get qualified, students can easily view related procedures or training
just by clicking a link on the qualification card. |
